Last night I needed a quick dinner as life has gotten really busy and I’m not getting as much time to cook as I used to. A quick trip through the freezer solved my late night supper dilemma…Marc Angelo Italian Chicken Sausages. Spiced beautifully, these flavorful sausages are very low in calories, 80 calories each to be exact.

I went to the Marc Angelo site to get you a link to these sausages and I couldn’t find the product. There may be a very good reason for that. Marc Angelo has gotten many of their products certified gluten-free. On the list I noticed a turkey sausage that I have never seen before in stores. So while some stores may still be carrying the Italian Chicken Sausages there may be new products out to replace them soon. That would be a great step forward for my gluten-free friends. I have attached a link so you can check out their products to learn more.

Note: These sausages are cooked from frozen and are raw as they have not been previously cooked. Please follow package directions. I pan fry them, without any added fat, and they can also be barbecued.
